1. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how BADecision Project collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit bad.events, join our mailing list, contact us, attend or inquire about an event, or use an authorized team account.

Information collected automatically
When analytics or advertising tools are enabled, we may receive device, browser, approximate location, referral, page-view, click, and campaign-attribution information. We will provide any legally required cookie or tracking choices before activating non-essential tracking in regions where consent is required.
3. How we use information
- Publish and promote events, route visitors to the correct ticket platform, and measure campaign performance.
- Review and respond to guest questions, artist introductions, partnership inquiries, and invitations to bring BADecision to a city.
- Send event announcements and marketing messages you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Operate the team workspace, protect accounts, maintain audit history, and prepare event and company reports.
- Comply with law, prevent misuse, and protect BADecision Project, attendees, artists, venues, and partners.
4. Sharing and service providers
We may use hosting, authentication, cloud storage, analytics, advertising, email, design, and automation providers to operate the service. Ticket purchases occur on the ticket provider selected for each event, such as Radio Javan or another platform, and that provider's privacy policy applies to its checkout. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising activities may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain laws; where applicable, we will offer the required choice.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, security, and event-history needs. We use role-based access and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain, restrict, or object to use of your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. Email privacy@bad.events with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity. You may unsubscribe from marketing through the link in any marketing email.
7. International visitors
BADecision events and visitors are worldwide. Information may be processed in countries different from your own. When required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and a lawful basis for processing.
8. Children
The site and events are not directed to children under 13, and many events are age-restricted. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services and providers change. The date above shows the latest revision. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@bad.events. General questions can be sent through our contact form.
