1. Agreement
By using bad.events, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date.
2. Event information and tickets
We work to keep event dates, lineups, venues, age restrictions, and other details accurate, but they may change. Each event links to its actual authorized ticket provider. Ticket purchases, refunds, transfers, fees, and checkout data are governed by that provider's terms and the event-specific policy. Bring any required government-issued identification and follow venue rules.
3. Acceptable use
You may use this site for personal, lawful event discovery and communication. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape personal information, misuse forms, impersonate another person, or use BADecision content in a misleading or infringing way.
4. Intellectual property
The BADecision name, logo, site design, event creative, copy, and original media are owned by BADecision Project or used with permission. Artist names, photographs, music, venue marks, and partner materials remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site.
5. Third-party services
The site may link to ticketing, maps, Instagram, artists, venues, and other third parties. We do not control their services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or policies.
6. Disclaimers and limitation
The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. BADecision Project does not promise uninterrupted access or that every third-party detail will always be current. To the extent permitted by law, BADecision Project will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
